Once you contact to above number or write to us, our team will coordinate and help with the group registration for your team towards participation at D2D

D2D Running – INR 995/- (inclusive of GST)

D2D Cycling – INR 995/- (inclusive of GST)

D2D Kids Run – INR 750/- (inclusive of GST)

The Registration fee is non-refundable as the event is conducted for a cause.

The registration cannot be transferred to any other person.

Participants can make the payment using their credit / debit card through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration process.

You will receive a confirmation mail upon your successful registration process. You can take a print out of the mail, which will be needed at the time of bib collection.

You can also present the confirmation received by mail on your phone along with a photo id while collecting your bibs.

D2D Running:  Runners above the age of 18 years can register for the D2D running event.

D2D Cycling: Participants above the age of 18 years can register for the D2D cycling event.

D2D Kids Run:  A child can register based on the distance between 6 years – 17 years

There is no upper age limit for any of the categories.

  • D2D Running:  Participants above the age of 18 years can run the following distances:

45 Km plus / 42 Km / 21 Km / 10 Km / 5 Km / 3 Km

(Time to finish the above distance within 6 hours)

  • Kids Run: Children above 6 years and below 17 years can participate in the following distances:

10 Km / 5 Km / 3 Km / 2 Km / 1 Km / 800 Mts / 400 Mts / 200 Mts

Children less than 18 years of age shall be represented by their Parent or Guardian.

A written consent / declaration need to be provided by the Parent or Guardian towards the participation in Running.

  • Cycling event:  Participants above the age of 18 years can participate in the following distances:

100 Km plus / 100 Km / 75 Km / 50 Km / 25 Km

D2D is also bringing out dry-fit T-shirt/Jersey for Adults and Kids which is included in your registration fee.

Sport the “D2D” official T-shirt/Jersey and display your support for Running and Cycling. There can’t be a better way of exhibiting your support than sporting “Dawn to Dusk” T-shirt on the event day.

D2D is an initiative by like-minded souls who have come forward to bring awareness on the worthy causes and to raise funds mainly for the underprivileged children through the event of D2D.

D2D has also inspired many runners to run for a cause at different times for the underprivileged children and many charitable organizations. Through running and cycling activities, D2D has found numberless ways to help the less privileged children and has inspired thousands of veteran and first-time runners to run and cycle for a cause.

D2D Marathon is organized with two major objectives:

  • Firstly, the event is a fundraiser for a good cause, and like the previous years this year the funds generated will be used for upliftment of underprivileged children treatment.
  • Secondly, to encourage participants to run and cycle along with their family and friends to keep good health and take part for a cause. D2D motive is to get the entire family with children to take part in the running or cycling.

The running event will be conducted inside Anna University campus.

The Cycling event will take place outside Anna University campus or else in the main road. The Route for the Cycling event will be updated for all participants closer to the event.

There could be many reasons for not receiving the confirmation email and the reasons could be:

  • The email has been blocked by your mail server or treated as spam.
  • The email has gone directly to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail in this case.
  • Error in email id given at the time of registration.
  • Still if you are not received an email conformation, you could contact the team at the registration or call them with the following details.

The Running event will be flagged off on time as per the timing that will be announced closer to the event. We request all participants to assemble at the venue at least 30-45 minutes earlier as it will take time to walk from the parking area.

ADULTS RUNNING:  45 Km plus will be flagged off first followed by 42 Km and followed by 21 Km / 10 Km / 5 Km / 3 Km. There will be each 5 to 10 minute time given so that every runner would be able to run comfortably.

KIDS RUN: The kids run will be flagged off separately with 10 Km first followed by 5 Km / and 3 Km. There will be each 5 to 10-minute time given so that every child in the category would be able to run comfortably.

CYCLING EVENT: The Cycling event will be flagged off on time again and would request the participants to assemble at least 45 minutes before the event begins.

The 100 Km plus will be flagged-off first followed by 100 Km, 75 Km, 500 Km and 25 Kms.

The cycling route will also be updated as we get closer to the event.

The flag-off timing for each event will be announced by email / SMS and route map will also be provided for all the running and Cycling participants closer to the event

Children above 6 years and below who will be running the following distances:

200 Mts / 400 Mts / 800 Mts / 1 Km and 2 Kms will be conducted separately in the ground.

Yes, the D2D team will arrange for hydration points for all running and cycling categories.

Medical assistance will be available at the venue. Also, an ambulance will be stationed at the venue and also at important points for cyclists in case of emergency

Physios assistance is also available at the start and finish point at the venue.

Cycling will be flagged off from Anna University campus. The route for the cycling event will be provided closer to the event by the organizers.

BIB will be provided and there are no timing chips provided for this running event. Since this is a charity run we will like all our participants to enjoy run with friends and family.

The Bib distribution venue will be informed closer to the date of the event for running participants and cycling participants.

The distribution will be done one day prior to the event date.

Yes, there will be a baggage storage counter that will be operative during the official course of the event at the venue.

However, it is advisable to keep all your valuables at your home. ORGANIZERS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF ANY ITEMS.

Every finisher will get a finisher medal at the finish line and e-certificate shall be provided for adults for running and Cycling. This e-certificate will be provided for both running and cycling after the event is completed.

For the Kids the hard copy finisher Certificates will be provided after the run is completed.

Provision for Car, two-wheeler and cycle parking will be made available at closer to the starting point.

There is sufficient car space in around the venue and we will update every participant by email closer to the date the parking space availability.  We will post the route map for your vehicle parking.

Yes, there will be provision for mobile toilets at the venue.

Yes, your family and friends can remain in the Start/Finish Area.

We have a maximum head count of registrations, if it exceeds before the last date, we may not entertain spot registration.

 

If it does not exceed, spot registrations can be done at the Bib collection day. Also, T-shirt may not be provided for Spot registration. ON A SPECIAL CASE T-SHIRTS CAN BE COLLECTED AFTER THE EVENT FOR ALL THE SPOT REGISTRATION AND AN EMAILER WILL BE SENT INTIMATING ON THE SAME WHEN THE T-SHIRTS ARE READY FROM THE MANUFACTURER.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SPOT REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT

The running course map will be shared to the registered participants through mail closer to the event.

If a participant wishes to contribute for the cause, the cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “NEVILLE ENDEAVOURS FOUNDATION”.   A 80G certificate will be provided along with the receipt.
